Overview

Founded in 2022 and based in Colorado, Rocky Mountain Ranch Research (RMRR) conducts evidence-focused field investigations, historical case reconstruction, archival research, and documentation of anomalous phenomena associated with Clearview Ranch, now known as the Rocky Mountain Ranch, and related cases throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

RMRR combines primary-source historical research, witness testimony, field observation, environmental monitoring, aerial imaging, and multidisciplinary collaboration to examine long-running reports of UFOs, animal mutilations, unusual environmental effects, consciousness-related experiences, and other high-strangeness phenomena.

The research increasingly examines the historical intersection of anomalous phenomena, military activity, consciousness research, biofeedback and EEG research, institutional networks, and environmental factors active during the ranch's most significant period of reported activity.

MUFON & Organizational Experience

Katie Paige joined the Mutual UFO Network in 2012 and served in numerous investigative and leadership roles, including Field Investigator, STAR Team Investigator, Special Assignment Team member, Assistant State Director, and Colorado State Director from 2020 to 2023.

Her work included field investigations, witness interviews, historical research, case documentation, investigator coordination, and specialized national cases.

Katie also served as Administrator and Team Lead for MUFON's historical archive work through MARRS and Project Aquarius, helping organize, review, redact, and preserve thousands of historical case files and research documents.

Katie currently serves on the IMIX Group Academic Council as Director of Field Research & Historical Archives.

Rocky Mountain Ranch Research

Founder & Director, 2022 to Present

Katie founded Rocky Mountain Ranch Research to investigate the historic Colorado property documented in early UFO literature and APRO records as Clearview Ranch, now known as the Rocky Mountain Ranch.

Her research combines historical archives, original case documentation, witness testimony, field investigation, environmental monitoring, consciousness research, and the study of anomalous phenomena associated with the ranch and surrounding region.

RMRR regularly conducts research at major primary-source repositories, including the American Heritage Center in Wyoming, National UFO Historical Records Center in New Mexico, Eisenhower Presidential Library in Kansas, and private archival collections throughout the United States.

Katie's current investigation has expanded beyond the ranch itself into the history of biofeedback, EEG and consciousness research, military and intelligence-associated programs, animal mutilation investigations, and institutional research networks operating in Colorado and the American West during the 1960s and 1970s.

Her ongoing archival work has led her into records involving Thomas H. Budzynski, Johann Stoyva, Colorado State Hospital, Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, Edwin C. May's research archive, historical military activity, and other overlapping scientific and institutional networks.

Little Girl Silenced
A Memoir of Trauma, Memory, and the Mystery That Followed Me Home
Currently in development

Katie's current book, Little Girl Silenced, is her most personal project to date. The memoir explores childhood trauma, fragmented memory, her early experiences connected to Clearview Ranch, her involvement in the Twilight Learning program in Denver, and the discoveries she has made decades later while reconstructing the people, institutions, research, and unexplained events surrounding her childhood.

The book follows Katie's search through family records, medical and institutional documents, historical archives, UFO case files, consciousness research, and her own memories as she attempts to understand how seemingly separate parts of her life may fit into a much larger story.

The Roswell Body After Roswell: A Denver Mortuary, Masonic, Military, and Judicial Cover-Up

This investigation followed an unusual and largely overlooked Colorado thread within the Roswell story, examining historical testimony concerning the alleged transportation of remains to Denver and exploring connections involving Olinger Mortuaries, military installations, historical records, Freemasonry, and individuals connected to the case.

The presentation focused on separating documented historical connections from unresolved questions while following a trail extending far beyond Roswell, New Mexico.

The presentation introduced new archival discoveries surrounding Clearview and Rocky Mountain Ranch and explored historical connections involving biofeedback, EEG, consciousness research, Colorado State Hospital, Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, military institutions, and other research networks active during the same period as the ranch case.

Katie has also presented at the MUFON Symposium, historical societies, UFO conferences, paranormal conferences, and other research and educational events throughout the United States.

Katie and Tony also participate in the annual Snippy in the San Luis Valley event, dedicated to preserving the history and continuing investigation of Colorado's historic 1967 Snippy case.

Current Research

Katie's continuing investigation asks a much larger question:

Were the extraordinary events reported at Clearview Ranch isolated anomalous phenomena, or were they unfolding within a much larger scientific, military, environmental, and consciousness-research landscape?

Her current research includes original APRO records, government documents, Colorado State Hospital records, the work of Thomas H. Budzynski and Johann Stoyva, Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory biofeedback research, Edwin C. May archival materials, military records, animal mutilation investigations, and the experiences of witnesses connected to Clearview Ranch.

Recent primary-source research has also documented an active Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory biofeedback group beginning in the 1970s, involving EEG, EMG, physiological monitoring, self-regulation research, and scientists from multiple laboratory divisions.

Katie's research increasingly focuses on the overlap between human experience, consciousness studies, physiological research, military history, environmental factors, institutional networks, and anomalous events during the 1970s and beyond.

Tony Angiola is an investigator and researcher known for meticulous casework, historical reconstruction, and connecting older UFO cases with contemporary reports of high strangeness.
